Well as a person who has visited the many facilities owned and operated by EASTERN HEALTH ,I feel proud to have an organisation that cares for me,but also encourages and values my opinion .
The attachment is a cut and paste of an 8 page brochure published by EASTERN HEALTH ,as a customer service proforma setting out ways to lodge complaints ,compliments,feedback ,as well as other agencies who can assist its customers to resolve issues .
In our opinion ,good customer service is the be all and end all ,of any successful business model .
I have experienced the many aspects of EASTERN HEALTH ,and I've seen first hand and experienced that as well as following the traditional methods of caring for all the patients ,they go out of their way to be operating within the Four Pillars of Good Governance .
At Boxll Hospital ,and Maroondah Hospital,there are employees who have been working in the organisation for 20 years or more .
