In a recent court case evidence was produced in the form of a letter from the AUSTRALIAN SEVICES UNION,explaing to the CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER,of MANNINGHAM CITY COUNCIL,how the constant requests being made by RATEPAYERS and CITIZENS to the CUSTOMER SERVICE DESK,was having on rank and file Staff.
The letter,was very firm and demanding of the Council to do something about these constant barrages from those enquiring minds,yes ,you the RATEPAYERS and CITIZENS of MANNINGHAM wanting answers to justifiable questions.
The cause of these qestions was the result of a NEWSPAPER ARTICLE,which first appeared in THE PASCAL PAGES Newsletter,and later on in the MANNINGHAM LEADER Newspaper about the very secret GAINSHARE BONUS SCHEME.
At this court case incorrect aspertions were caste on the EDITOR and Publisher of THE PASCAL PAGES,Paul CHRISTOPHER SLATTERY,who as you know is the Editor and Publisher of THE SWEENEY FLATS POST.com.au,the VOICE of THE MULLUM MULLUM VALLEY.
We rely on our readers to inform us of their opinions and comments ,and we give them space in our publications for those inputs,however we cannot let this opportunity go without a comment to act decisively and reprint all the information about GAINSHARE ,the bonus sheme by stealth,the expenses ,the travelling and the junkets,but more importantly all the CORRESSPONDENCE and DENIALS by the Former CHIEF EXECUTIVE LYDIA WILSON ,where she stated SENIOR EXECUTIVES did not recieve BONUSES over and above GAINSHARE.
As these millions of dollars were paid virtually as SECRET COMMISSIONS,we consider it is in the PUBLIC INTEREST that every one who lives,works or passes thru MANNINGHAM know what is happening as it also relates to your LOCAL GOVERNMENT and COUNCIL.
THIS IS WHY YOUR RATES are so high,but of more importance equality before the law is as important as equal pay,for all,however equal pay by deciet is wrong particularly if SENIOR MANAGERS and DIRECTORS of MANNINGHAM CITY COUNCIL are determining their own SALARIES and BONUSES in SECRET ,whilst the RANK and FILE WORKERS do more than their just due,cop the abuse from ratepayers and citizens.
For many years before my accidents I ran a very successful business,I didn't make much money however I enjoyed the LIFESTYLE,however one HUMAN ERROR ALWAYS POPPED UP,and that was the dissenion a disgruntled employee could drum up to create discourse in the organistion.
From our enquiries of MANNINGHAM CITY COUNCIL,the main contributor to this is senior management,they incite the well known attitude to the rank and file that RATEPAYERS ARE THE ENEMY,we don't get paid enough etc.,but really whats foremost on those with their snouts in the trough,is GREED,GREED for themselves,ONLY THEM SELVES .
